Be careful dealing with this business! I bought a dog carrier for a dog my mom rescued from Pet Lovers. Turned out the carrier was too small, so I went in to return it. They were extremely rude and didn't want to give me a refund or anything. I pointed out to them that there is no policies posted anywhere (not even on the receipt) other than about you cannot return or get a refund on animals purchased. Doesn't say anything about products. She then informed me as a small business, she didn't have to post a refund policy anywhere. After arguing with her a little more, she agreed to take the carrier back for a 10% fee. By this time I was fed up, so I just said fine and told her I would be reporting her to the Better Business Bureau. She said she didn't care if I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, didn't matter to her. Very bad customer service in my opinion....STEER CLEAR of this business!
